About our Broker

Carlene Sinclair a Licensed  Real Estate Broker and a Certified International Property Speciaist  CIPS, who operates in the capacity as Realtor/ Consultant.  She brings with her over 30 years experience in the real estate industry.  Over these years, she served the industry in a number of specialist areas such as Marketing, Sales, Recruitment and Training, Customer and Quality Management and Real Estate Development.. As the Qualifying Broker for Property Solutions she is actively involved in the every-day running of the brokerage as well as servicing her clients, and coaching her team of Realtor-Associates.

She is a graduate of the University of Technology and the University of the West Indies (Mona).  She is an Honour Student who earned her EMBA from the Mona School of Business (UWI)

She is people- centric, self-driven and task oriented.

Carlene is Justice of the Peace in the Parish of Kingston

She is the Past President of the Realtors Association. of Jamaica and previously served as Honorary Secretary.

Carlene brings to the real estate industry a wide scope of knowledge and experiences gained through her work and contribution in the many areas of national developement.  She previously served as Special Technical Assistant at the office of the Prime Minister.

• Director of PETCOM where she Chaired the HR, Marketing & Finance Committees
• Water Resource Authority
